More About Your Coach
Hi, I'm Celia...
I'm a Level 4 Certified Essentrics instructor and Board-certified health and wellness coach. I teach Essentrics stretching and strengthening workouts and coach women over 40 to reach their health and fitness goals.
I used to sit all day at my desk job and saw the weight piling on as the years passed. I tried taking up running to lose weight, but that brought on an excruciatingly painful 5-day episode of sciatic pain that I never wanted to experience again.
So now I help women over 40 who are trying to stay fit do it in a smart way, meaning without hurting themselves and getting injured.
My Essentrics students and coaching clients are appreciative and grateful for my instruction and coaching.

ESSENTRICS WORKOUTS
